The failure of the pulse valve rubber diaphragm is a common fault in bag filters, which directly affects the dust cleaning effect. This device belongs to the external filter type, with a skeleton inside the bag. It is necessary to check whether the parts that fix the filter bag are loose and whether the tension of the filter bag is appropriate. Is the support frame smooth to prevent wear and tear on the filter bag. Compressed air is used for dust removal. Therefore, it is required to remove oil mist and water droplets, and the oil-water separator must be cleaned regularly to prevent malfunction of the moving mechanism and blockage of the filter bag.

Whether the air volume and pressure and temperature at each testing point are consistent with the design.
The installation status of the 3 filter bags, whether there are any occurrences of bag dropping, loosening, wear, etc. after use, can be judged by visually observing the emissions of the chimney after operation.

4. Prevent condensation
During use, it is necessary to prevent the gas from cooling below the dew point in the bag chamber, especially when using a bag filter under negative pressure. Due to the frequent leakage of air into the outer shell, the gas temperature in the bag chamber is lower than the dew point, causing the filter bag to become damp. This results in dust not being loose but sticking to the filter bag, blocking the fabric holes and causing dust removal failure. This leads to excessive pressure drop in the dust collector, making it unable to continue operating, and some bags may become stuck and unable to remove dust.
To prevent condensation, it is necessary to maintain the temperature of the gas in the dust collector and its system at 25-35 ℃ above its dew point (such as the dew point temperature of 58 ℃ for kiln mill integrated machines, and the operating temperature should be above 90 ℃), in order to ensure the good use effect of the filter bag.






To prevent Mars from entering the bag filter, the following measures should be taken:
① Set up pre dust collectors and cooling pipelines. Because cyclone dust collectors or inert dust collectors are used as pre dust collectors to capture coarse dust and sparks. Using this method, particles that are too fine are difficult to capture, and in most cases, the particulate dust can be burned off before entering the dust collector. Install cooling pipes after the pre dust collector and control the flow rate inside the pipes to keep it as low as possible. This is a relatively reliable technical measure that allows the gas to have sufficient residence time inside the tube.
② Cool down the spray tower. Gas cooling method of direct water spray in advance. To ensure the safety and fire prevention of the dusty gas inside the bag filter, the cooling water supply is controlled. Most of the burning dust can be cooled upon contact with fine water droplets, but water droplets are prone to gasification. In order to cool the burning dust that has not yet come into contact with water droplets, it is necessary to have sufficient space and residence time.
Under special circumstances, the combination of spray tower, cooling pipe and pre dust remover is used to completely prevent sparks from mixing.
③ The Mars capture device is shown in the figure. Installing a Mars capture device on the pipeline is a simple and feasible method. At the moment when Mars passes through the trap, it can emit an electrical signal to sound an alarm. At the same time, stop operating or change the gas circuit, etc.
Control the inlet dust concentration and add non combustible powder bag filter. During operation, the internal concentration distribution of the bag filter will inevitably make a certain part within the explosion limit. In order to improve safety, avoid the concentration between the upper and lower limits of dust explosion in the pipeline. For example, in dust collection work such as pneumatic conveying and crushing classification, attention should be paid from the design stage to operate at high concentrations exceeding the upper limit; In cases of local collection, it is necessary to maintain a low concentration of dust below the lower limit in the pipeline.

The bag type composite dust collector utilizes the shell and ash storage system of the original electrostatic precipitator, retains the front stage electric field of the electrostatic precipitator, removes the rear stage electric field, and installs the bag type dust collector in the removed rear stage electric field. By organically combining two types of dust collectors and fully leveraging their respective advantages, the goal of high efficiency, moderate resistance, and extended filter bag life can be achieved.
Usually, the dust collection efficiency of an electric field is between 80% and 90%. The remaining 10% to 20% of fine dust flows with the flue gas through the outlet of the electric field and the porous plate of the bag filter. A part of the flue gas enters the bag filter horizontally, while another part of the flue gas flows horizontally and bends towards the lower part of the filter bag, then moves from bottom to top and enters the bag filter. The advantage of this type of horizontal and vertical smoke entering the bag dust collection area at the same time is to ensure a reasonable upward speed in the bag area. The dusty smoke passes through the outer surface of the bag, and the dust is trapped outside the filter bag. Clean gas flows out from the inner cavity of the bag, enters the upper purification chamber, and then merges into the exhaust duct, flows through the outlet horn, pipeline, and fan, and is discharged from the chimney. Among them, the pre dust removal and charging effects of the primary dust removal electric field play an important role in improving the performance of the electric bag composite dust collector.
