      The operating energy consumption of RTO incinerators mainly consists of electricity and fuel. Once the equipment is finalized and the power consumption is basically constant, the fan can be controlled by frequency conversion to save electricity. This will not be discussed here, but mainly the issue of fuel. Due to the unstable amount and concentration of exhaust gas, as well as poor control of workshop exhaust gas, it is necessary to regularly replenish fuel (commonly diesel and natural gas) during start-up and operation to maintain the combustion chamber temperature.

      Low operating cost: The chemical waste gas treatment equipment has no mechanical action, no noise, no need for dedicated management and daily maintenance, only requires regular inspections. This equipment has low energy consumption (only about 0.2 kWh of electricity is consumed per 1000 cubic meters/hour of treatment), extremely low wind resistance<40pa, and can save a lot of exhaust power energy consumption.

      Catalytic combustion is a purification method that uses catalysts to oxidize and decompose combustible substances in exhaust gas at lower temperatures. So, catalytic combustion is also known as catalytic chemical conversion. Due to the acceleration of the oxidation decomposition process by the catalyst, most hydrocarbons can be completely oxidized by the catalyst at temperatures of 300-450 ℃.

      Compared with the thermal combustion method, catalytic combustion requires less auxiliary fuel, consumes less energy, and has smaller equipment and facilities. However, the promotion and application of this method in industrial production processes have been affected by issues such as catalyst poisoning, replacement of catalytic beds, and high cleaning costs.
