　　Operation Method:

　　1. Pre start inspection: All connecting parts should be tightened; The direction of electric rotation should be correct; The clutch is flexible and reliable; The pipeline connection is firm, the sealing is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective.

　　Before starting the submersible mud pump, the suction pipe, bottom valve, and pump body must be filled with water, and the upper end of the pressure gauge buffer must be filled with oil.

　　3. Rotate the piston back and forth twice by hand, with no obstruction and good insulation of the circuit before starting it with no load. After starting, gradually increase the load when the operation is normal.

　　4. During operation, attention should be paid to the sealing condition of each sealing device, and adjustments should be made if necessary. The pull rod and auxiliary rod should be regularly lubricated with oil.

　　5. Regularly test the mud sediment content during operation, which should not exceed 10%.

　　6. In order to ensure reliable splash lubrication, the mud pump should be operated at several different speeds for at least 30 seconds during each shift.

　　7. It is strictly prohibited to change gears during operation. When changing gears, stop the pump and shift gears.
