　　form:

　　Composed of chlorinated rubber, high-performance anti rust pigments, plasticizers, additives, and solvents.

　　Main features:

　　Chlorinated rubber is a chemically inert resin with good film-forming properties and low permeability of water vapor and oxygen to the paint film. Therefore, chlorinated rubber coatings can withstand corrosion from moisture in the atmosphere, as well as corrosion from acids, bases, seawater, and other sources.

　　Water vapor and oxygen have low permeability to the paint film, excellent water resistance, and good corrosion resistance.

　　Drying is fast, several times faster than ordinary paint.

　　It has excellent low-temperature construction performance and can be used for construction in environments ranging from -20 ℃ to 50 ℃.

　　The paint film has good adhesion to steel and excellent interlayer adhesion.

　　Usage: Suitable for anti-corrosion protection of steel structures such as ships, offshore facilities, chemical equipment, pipeline outer walls, and storage tanks.

　　Construction conditions: The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.

　　Painting method:

　　Spray, brush, roll, and air spray diluents for chlorinated rubber paint, with a dilution amount of 0-20% (based on oil weight). The nozzle diameter is 2.0-3.0mm, and the air pressure is 0.3-0.4Mpa (about 3-4kg/cm2). One layer of roll/brush coating cannot achieve the recommended dry film thickness.

　　Diluent: Special diluent for chlorinated rubber paint, diluted to 10% (based on the weight of the paint), cleaning agent chlorinated rubber paint diluent.

　　Packaging specification: 25kg/drum.

　　Storage period: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place for 12 months.
