    working principle

      The impeller of a vortex air pump is composed of dozens of blades, similar to the impeller of a large gas turbine. The air in the middle of the impeller blades is subjected to centrifugal force and moves towards the edge of the impeller, where it enters the annular cavity of the pump body and circulates again in the same way from the starting point of the blades. The circulating airflow generated by the rotation of the impeller leaves the air pump with extremely high energy for use. The fan adopts a dedicated motor, with a compact structure, small size, light weight, low noise, and no water or oil in the air source sent out.

    Parameter selection

      The main parameters for selecting a vortex air pump include power, air volume and pressure (which need to be calculated with certain requirements), voltage, etc. Due to the widespread use of vortex air pumps, their selection method is the same as that of high-pressure fans. Generally speaking, the following two steps need to be followed:

      1. Need to determine what function of the high-pressure fan is used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the high-pressure fan; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used;

      2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the high-pressure fan model based on the working curve;

      As long as it is a different work site, its requirements for pressure and flow rate are different, so in order to obtain relatively accurate data, relevant calculations need to be carried out. Need to consult with the technical department or relevant personnel

      1. The vortex air pump should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and well ventilated.

      2. The rotation direction of the impeller of the vortex air pump must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the fan casing.

      When the high-pressure vortex fan is working, the working pressure should not be too high to avoid excessive heat generated by the fan and damage to the air pump caused by motor overcurrent.

      4. Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, there is no direct contact friction in other parts of the vortex fan. The bearing on the air pump end of this fan is installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller, and this type of air pump does not require lubricating grease during normal operation.

      5. The filter screens and silencing devices at both ends of the vortex air pump should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid blockage and affect use.

      6. Replacement of bearings for vortex air pump: The replacement of bearings must be carried out by personnel familiar with repair work. First loosen the screws on the pump cover, and then disassemble the parts one by one according to the order shown in the diagram. The disassembled parts should be cleaned, and then assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, do not forcefully pry the impeller. Use a dedicated roller to remove it, and do not miss the adjusting gasket to avoid affecting the clearance that has been adjusted before leaving the factory.

      7. It is strictly prohibited for solids, liquids, and corrosive gases to enter the pump body of the high-pressure vortex air pump.
