5. The vacuum pressure sensing design machine is equipped with a vacuum negative pressure gauge on the side, which can detect in real time whether the negative pressure inside the dust collection bucket is within the factory set negative pressure range. If the pressure value exceeds the set range, it will automatically send a signal to the vacuum cleaner to stop the operation of the main machine and protect the fan.

Working Principle:

When the dusty gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector, it enters each unit chamber through the guide pipe. Under the action of the guide device, the large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper. The remaining dust enters the filter bag in the filtering area of each compartment uniformly with the airflow. When the dusty gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged from the filter bag.
