Small radius H-beam arch bending machine, precise and constant small radius I-beam cold bending machine, leaving the factory

Bending machines are now widely available in the market, capable of completing bending tasks for various types of steel such as channel steel, track steel, and round steel pipes. Different types of steel arches and arches with different angles require different grinding tools. The recognition of the bending machine in the market is very high now. Greatly improving the construction speed of profiles and saving labor for workers.

I-beam bending machine is commonly used for bending I-beams, channel steel, angle steel, U-steel and other materials. In short, it is a device that bends materials into different arcs. It can ensure the strength of materials when bending and deforming profiles. Compared with pressure beds, this equipment improves work efficiency, is easy to operate, and has better working performance. Therefore, it is one of the essential equipment in tunnel, underground cavern, bridge and other engineering construction. The cold-formed steel style of the I-beam cold bending machine is generally an open section, which results in a lower free torsional stiffness of the section. It is prone to torsion when subjected to bending and bending and buckling when subjected to compression, resulting in poor torsional performance; The wall thickness of cold-formed steel is relatively small, and there is no thickening at the corners where the plates are connected, resulting in weak ability to withstand localized concentrated loads. Now our manufacturers are also basically aware of such problems, constantly increasing their technological investment and striving to overcome technical difficulties. Compared with the previous I-beam cold bending machine, we have made significant improvements to the small radius H-beam arch bending machine and the precision small radius I-beam cold bending machine.

Key points of construction control: (1) Steel supports should be installed in sections, and the connecting steel plate plane should be perpendicular to the axis of the steel frame. The steel plates should be tightly connected. (2) After the steel frame is erected, its position should be corrected and fixed, and adjacent steel frames should be securely connected with longitudinal connecting bars. When installing the steel frame, it should be perpendicular to the centerline of the tunnel, not tilted vertically, not misaligned in the plane, and not twisted. The allowable deviation for up, down, left, and right is ± 50mm, and the inclination of the steel frame should be less than 2o. (3) The steel frame can be installed after the initial spraying of concrete, and should be closely attached to the surrounding rock or initial spraying surface as much as possible. If there is a gap, concrete cushion blocks should be used for wedging, and it is strictly prohibited to use rubble for backfilling. (4) The steel frame must be strictly erected according to the design, with spacing that meets the design requirements and the technical specifications of the bidding documents. The installation position of the arch frame is marked with red paint and section numbers are written. (5) When excavating the lower guide pit, the reserved position of the tunnel should be supported according to the design requirements, and can only be removed during the construction of the second lining to ensure safety. (6) After the steel frame is installed in place, the gap between the steel frame and the surrounding rock should be filled tightly with sprayed concrete, and the steel frame and sprayed concrete should form a whole. The sprayed concrete should be symmetrically sprayed upwards from both sides of the arch feet, and the steel frame should be covered. The thickness of the sprayed concrete protective layer on the side facing the air should not be less than 20mm. (7) The steel frame should be regularly inspected, and if any abnormal phenomena are found, it should be immediately reinforced with a small radius H-beam bending machine and a small radius I-beam cold bending machine before leaving the factory.
