2. Check for any abnormal conditions around the control panel, turn the emergency stop switch to the right, and press the hydraulic pump start button. 3. Operate the button switch to move the hydraulic push rod forward counterclockwise and backward clockwise. Only single person operation is allowed, and there must be no one around the control panel when the push rod is in motion. Observe the working situation and immediately stop the operation if any abnormalities are found.
4. After completing the cold bending, return the hydraulic push rod to its original position, press the emergency stop button, and remove the bent part from the control panel. After the operation is completed, press the emergency stop button on the operation box to clamp the workpiece for a new round of operation. If the operation is not continued and the equipment needs to be cleaned, press the emergency stop button on the operation box and disconnect the power supply inside the control box.
