　　working principle

　　The mixed materials are fed into the hopper 1 of the sprayer through the vibrating screen at the discharge port of the batching mixer (or manually mixed and loaded), and then transferred to the through feed chamber 6 of the rotor by the feeder 2. They swirl with the rotor 5 to the discharge port, where compressed air is introduced from the air chamber 13 and blown into the discharge elbow 9. Another compressed air is introduced into the cyclone 10, which forms a multi head wind spiral state to blow and accelerate the materials, and make them rotate and float. They enter the conveying pipe and reach the nozzle, where a small amount of supplementary water (during wet spraying) or liquid accelerator (during wet spraying) is added and sprayed out of the mining care hoisting type spraying machine.
