      After the above preparation work is completed, the installation of steel frame lightweight panels will be carried out. According to the characteristics of the project, the installation sequence of wall panels is to install the north wall of the project first, then install the east wall of the project, then install the west wall of the project, and finally install the south wall of the project. When installing, first fix the electric hoist at the roof parapet and outer frame, and then start lifting the wall panel. The specific lifting measures are as follows:

      1) Partial openings will be made in the middle layer of the outer scaffolding on the north and south sides, for the transportation of steel frame lightweight panels by trolley to the gap between the outer scaffolding and the structure (the openings on the east and west sides are considered to be in the northeast and northwest corners of the first layer of the outer scaffolding).

      2) Add a horizontal crossbar at the bottom of the outer shelf layer, and strictly level and install the horizontal crossbar. Continuous I-beams are laid on the horizontal crossbars as tracks for transporting lightweight steel frame plate carts. At the same time, according to the height of the wall panel, a horizontal steel pipe is set at the middle position of the steel frame lightweight slab on the upper part of the track. Double rollers are welded on the steel pipe (the distance between the rollers is less than the length of the steel frame lightweight slab) to ensure that the steel frame lightweight slab can be transported smoothly and not toppled during the horizontal transportation process between the outer frame and the structural gap.

      3) Due to the large size and weight of some steel frame lightweight panels, two winches can be added at the end of the outer frame for the convenience of transporting the steel frame lightweight panels by trolley. The winches are connected to the trolley by steel wire ropes.

      4) After the above preparation work is completed, use a forklift to transport the steel frame lightweight plate into the trolley. The trolley is pulled along the fixed I-beam track to the position directly below the installation site (corresponding markings can be made on the I-beam track during construction to ensure that the steel frame lightweight plate transported by the trolley can be transported in place at once). After that, fix the steel wire rope hook of the electric hoist firmly to the reserved lifting hole on the steel frame lightweight plate. Then start the electric hoist to transport the wall panel vertically upwards to the installation site, and the worker cooperates to gently push it onto the wall support angle steel and weld it firmly. When transporting wall panels vertically upwards, attention should be paid to fixing rollers separately on the outer frame and structure to prevent the steel frame lightweight panels from colliding with the structure or outer frame during vertical upwards transportation.

      Then, the plates are fixed. During lifting, the lightweight steel frame plates are placed in the correct positions according to the installation line, and the plate joints are adjusted to the allowable deviation range. The width deviation of the plate joints should not exceed 10mm, and the verticality deviation should not exceed 20mm. The main ribs are welded firmly to the embedded parts on the main structure. If there are gaps at the support, iron plates are used to plug them, and then welding is used to fix them. The length of the weld seam is not less than 60mm, the height of the weld seam is 4mm, and three-point welding should be ensured.
