　　Characteristics of GRG material

　　1. Strong plasticity and rich shaping: GRG products are pre cast gypsum products laminated on molds through special processes. The product can meet the flexibility of shape and mechanism, and can be customized with various geometric shapes, hollow patterns, relief patterns, and other artistic shapes such as single curved surfaces, multi curved surfaces, and three-dimensional coverings. It can fully meet the individual requirements of designers, is easy to use, and can be used in complex ceiling and wall decorations. Architects can use GRG products to achieve the required design effect on the interior surface of buildings.

　　2. Rich selection of surface layer: GRG material has a delicate and smooth surface. The whiteness can reach over 90%, and it can bond well with various coatings and decorative materials (wood veneer, textiles) to form different styles of decorative effects.

　　4. Stable quality: GRG material does not deform or crack, and the main material gypsum has a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The dry wet shrinkage rate is less than 0.01%, and when stored at 120 degrees Celsius for 72 hours, the variable rate is only 0.07%. The product is also not affected by changes in environmental temperature, dryness, or wetness, and its performance is stable without deformation. The product never deforms and has a very small coefficient of expansion. The unique fabric processing technology also ensures that the product does not crack and has a long service life.

　　5. High density and light weight: The standard product thickness is 6 to 10mm (special requirements can be thickened), and the weight per square meter is only 4.9 to 9.8kg. If there are acoustic requirements, the back of the product can be grouted and thickened according to the requirements (acoustic effect when the thickness is 40mm). While meeting the requirements for dividing large suspended ceilings, it can also reduce the weight of the main building and the load on its components. 　　7. Strong moisture resistance: GRG material is an inorganic material with anti mold, anti moth, and anti-static properties. The test results show that the water absorption rate of the product is only 0.3%, so GRG products can be used in humid environments without mold or yellowing.

　　8. Good acoustic effect: GRG material has excellent sound wave reflection performance. Testing shows that a 5m thick GRG material has a transmission loss of 23dB at 500Hz and 27dB at 100Hz; The air dry density is 1.75, which meets the acoustic reflection requirements. After good styling design, it can form a good sound absorption structure, achieving the functions of sound insulation and absorption.
