Classification of GRG molds

　　Generally, molds in GRG product industry are divided into wood mold, glass fiber reinforced plastic mold, silica gel mold, wax mold, foam mold, and gypsum mold. Different manufacturers choose to produce different types of molds based on their actual technical conditions, combined with product quantity, type, and shapeGRG productsThere is no fixed pattern. However, from an economic and rational perspective, the selection of molds can be classified as follows:

　　1. Wooden mold: Due to its relatively moderate price and short mold making cycle, it is commonly used as a choice for molds for flat and single sheets. The requirement for manufacturers is to have a certain number of carving machines, push table woodworking machines, and skilled woodworking assembly masters.

Wax pattern: The principle is to melt and cool industrial wax back into blocks, use carving machines for 3D carving, and after forming and repairing, it can be used for the production of GRG hyperbolic board. Due to its low melting point (softening at 55 ° C to 60 ° C), poor stability, and poor smoothness, it is generally not used by GRG manufacturers. However, its low cost and recyclability make it widely used by a few manufacturers.

Characteristics of GRG products
