　　Firstly, the facilities in the mold workshop are well-equipped, with bright and well lit indoor areas and large work platforms, aluminum alloy bars, various measuring tools, cutting machines, repairs, etc. The quality of the mold is related to its service life, product quality, and installation progress. Most GRG products are molded from gypsum and produced using fiberglass molds, such as line making. Use wooden boards (plywood) or plastic boards to make scrapers according to the size of the product's cross-section. The scraper hanging mouth should be flat. Fix the aluminum alloy strip on the platform, pour the mixed gypsum slurry into the corresponding position one by one, and use the scraper to scrape back and forth. The force on the scraper should be even and rhythmic, and the hanging lines should have a smooth finish and distinct corners. After the gypsum line is formed, it is divided and positioned according to the required size, waxed for easy demolding, and the prepared fiberglass (resin) is brushed onto the surface of the gypsum.
