Real time monitoring 3. Online oil concentration meterMeasuring principle
The discharge water sample separated by the oil-water separator in this module enters the measurement room of the photoelectric sensor of the device. Measure the signals of transmitted and scattered infrared light generated by water samples, collect and process them through a microprocessor, measure the oil content in the water sample, and display it on a liquid crystal panel. If the oil concentration in the discharged water exceeds the set alarm point value (which can be set in the panel), the alarm indicator light will light up, and the corresponding relay will act after the set delay time to prevent the excessive concentration of water from being discharged outside the cabin. The principle diagram is shown in the figure.
