The UAWS-S high-precision SF6 micro water measuring instrument, also known as SF6 gas micro water measuring instrument, SF6 gas micro water measuring instrument, SF6 gas micro water testing instrument, SF6 intelligent micro water measuring instrument, and SF6 micro water testing instrument, is developed by Wuhan Wei'an Electric Power R&D Center based on the on-site usage requirements of DL/T506-2007 "Measurement Method for Insulation Gas Humidity in SF6 Electrical Equipment". It adopts high-precision dew point sensor and digital circuit control technology, and can accurately measure the trace moisture content in SF6 gas as a high-precision intelligent testing instrument. This high-precision SF6 micro water measuring instrument also comes with an automatic dryer, which is widely used in units and departments such as petroleum, power, metallurgy, environmental protection, scientific research institutes, and power construction.

The high-precision SF6 micro water measuring instrument is equipped with multiple connectors and self-locking contacts imported from Germany. All connectors are made of pure copper and alloy materials, which are safe and reliable, leak free, and ensure data accuracy and reliability. Precautions for SF6 micro water measuring instrument

Water content testing standard for SF6 gas circuit breakers
SF6 circuit breakers should be measured for moisture content in the breaking unit and support unit separately during factory and major repairs (before overall reassembly), with a value of ≤ 150

During operation, the moisture content of the circuit breaker is measured by the lower inflation interface of the support pillar. The testing cycle shall be in accordance with the "Pre Trial Regulations" and shall be ≤ 200
During operation, if necessary (such as leakage of the disconnecting unit or disassembly of the disconnecting unit), the SF6 circuit breaker should have the water content of the disconnecting chamber measured separately at the self sealing joint inside the junction box, which should be ≤ 300
