Process flow of color coated aluminum coil
The production process of color coated aluminum coils generally consists of five steps, namely coil input, cleaning and chemical treatment, painting, curing, and finished product output. Under different conditions, the process layout and equipment composition are different, but the basic components are the same.
1. The input of the raw material roll is the continuous unwinding of the uncoiler to ensure the continuous and stable entry of the roll into the production line. Some use cross rotating beam coiling machines, while others use two sets of alternating unwinding machines in front and back, in order to supply coils in a timely manner;
2. Surface cleaning and chemical treatment are necessary to clean and chemically pre treat the upper and lower surfaces of aluminum coils to ensure that the paint can adhere firmly;
3. Painting. A production line must have at least two or more rolling coating machines to ensure two coats of topcoat and primer;
4. The curing of the paint layer means that the newly coated coil should be fixed before coming into contact with the next roller surface to prevent mutual adhesion and damage. Generally speaking, it should include at least two maintenance boxes;
5. It is the output of finished products, ensuring the speed of the production line and the transfer of finished products.
