      The application of wet machining in cutting fluid circulation and filtration system,

      Wet machining, in simple terms, is a machining method in which a large amount of cutting fluid with a certain pressure and flow rate is used to wash the tool and the machined part during metal cutting, collect waste chips, and filter the waste liquid before reusing it. Thereby reducing friction between cutting tools, chips, and workpieces, taking away cutting heat, effectively improving machining quality, extending tool life, and improving the working environment for workers.

      Cutting fluid can be reused after precipitation and filtration after use. According to the structure and layout characteristics of the machine tool, as well as factors such as processing batch size, it can be divided into two categories: single machine filtration and centralized filtration systems. Single machine filtration refers to the equipment itself having a filter box, and the cutting fluid is circulated inside the equipment, with each device's waste collected separately. A centralized filtration system refers to several devices or an entire production line using the same cutting fluid. The used cutting fluid flows into specialized equipment through a trench or pipeline for centralized filtering and processing of paper. Waste chips are collected centrally, and clean cutting fluid is then uniformly supplied to each processing equipment for use.
