Description :
The product is copper aluminum processing filter paper, which is oriented or randomly arranged with polyester filament to form a fiber mesh structure, and then reinforced by mechanical hot rolling. It has the characteristics of breathability, filtration, water absorption, stretchability, and good elasticity.
Hot rolling: The vacuum filter is mainly used for filtering the emulsion process lubricating coolant in the cold rolling of black metals and the hot rolling of non-ferrous metals. It is a key equipment to ensure that the process lubricating coolant reaches sufficient filtration accuracy, so that the surface quality of the rolled products meets technical requirements. The vacuum filter is a fully automatic filtration equipment, with electrical control using a microcomputer (PLC) to complete mechanical actions according to a pre-set program. It has a unique feature compared to other filter machines, with high filtration accuracy. During the filtration process, it adopts high-efficiency differential pressure filtration and combined filtration. The filtered liquid that forms a filter can be refluxed to the pollution tank, and the floating oil and suspended solids in the pollution can be blown to the end of the filter. The pressure is controlled by a pressure transmitter, with digital display, adjustable preset value, and automatic paper change. The entire program can be controlled by pressure, time, and liquid level, achieving continuous filtration, circulating filtration, and complete filtration of emulsion.
Characteristics of filter paper:
High tensile strength and low coefficient of variation. By adopting advanced technology and forming reinforcement, the tensile strength is enhanced and stabilized, maintaining consistency between the initial and actual strength.
High filtering accuracy. High efficiency is achieved through the combination of polyester fibers and polymer materials, and the selected filter material can meet the precision requirements of users.
The filter material is not corroded by cutting fluid and does not change the chemical properties of the cutting fluid. Can be used normally within the range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃.
The selected filtering material can withstand the mechanical forces and temperature effects of the filtering equipment, and the wet fracture strength of the filtering material used for cutting fluid will not decrease.
The filter paper has a high porosity, low filtration resistance, large throughput and permeability, and requires strong dirt holding capacity.
