Hot dip galvanizing process

The design service life should not be less than 30 years, and the galvanized surface should be smooth and beautiful, with basically the same color. The production process of signage
1、 Cutting materials. According to the drawing requirements, make columns, layouts, and use national standard steel pipes for columns. Weld those that are not long enough for the design, and cut aluminum plates.
2、 Apply bottom film. According to the design and specification requirements of the sign, apply the bottom film on the cut aluminum plate. Warning signs are yellow, prohibition signs are white, indication signs are white, and directional signs are blue.
3、 Engraving. Personnel use a computer and a engraving machine to engrave the required text.
4、 Posting words. On the aluminum plate with the bottom film already attached, according to the design requirements, the letters engraved with reflective film are pasted onto the aluminum plate. Require the pasting to be neat and tidy, with no bubbles or wrinkles on the surface.
5、 Testing. Compare the already pasted logo layout with the drawing, and ensure that it fully corresponds to the drawing.
