      Product Features

      High solid and low viscosity, can be made into environmentally friendly coatings with high solid content and low viscosity (construction solid content can meet the standard);

      High reactivity, reacts with HDI trimer, can dry out in 15 minutes, improving production efficiency;

      The coating has good fullness, leveling performance, and gloss;

      The paint film also has good weather resistance, low-temperature flexibility, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and other properties;

      High hardness (up to 2H); Outstanding wear resistance (wear loss ≤ 20mg (500r/750g));

      ABS, PC, PVC and other plastics and various metals have good adhesion;

      This product has good compatibility with most hydroxy acrylic resins, CAB, etc;

      Reacting with elastic curing agents to produce elastic materials with excellent mechanical properties (elongation of 400%, tensile strength of 25MPa), and also reacting with domestically produced rigid curing agents, HDI trimer (or dimer), etc. to produce rigid coatings (hardness of 2H);

      Used as a chain extender and main resin in the R component of SPUA (spray polyurea elastomer).

      Precautions

      This product is flammable and should be stored at low temperatures, with a storage temperature of ≤ 40 ℃. It should be kept away from sources of fire and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. The storage period is one year.

      The coating prepared with this product should be cured for one week before testing the coating performance.
