The workpiece rolls in the shot blasting chamber, which is composed of a circular groove belt and heads made of high wear-resistant materials at both ends. The conveyor belt is equipped with guide strips to ensure that all surfaces of the workpiece are exposed and there is no excessive collision when flipping. Workers should strictly follow the practical procedures when operating the track type shot blasting cleaning machine:

　　1. All operators of this machine must have a comprehensive understanding of this manual, as well as the working principle, performance, operation methods, lubrication, and other aspects of this machine before they can operate it;

　　2. Gradually add the pellets (200kg) into the chamber, then place them into the workpiece, close the feeding door, and prepare to start the vehicle;

　　3. Start the dust collector fan;

　　Press the four buttons in sequence to start the cleaning process: hoist, shot blasting machine, and shot feeding gate. After cleaning, press the buttons one by one to close: the shot blasting gate, shot blasting machine, elevator, dust collector fan, and then start the vibration motor to clean the dust. After a certain period of time, the vibration stops;

　　After the shot blasting machine has completely stopped, open the feeding door and lift out the tooling and workpiece.

　　In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button and the machine will immediately stop working completely;

　　After all work is completed, the dust collector should be promptly turned off;

　　In the ventilation and dust removal system, two butterfly valves are installed. Adjusting the two butterfly valves according to the situation can achieve good separation effect;

　　Adjustment of the directional sleeve of the shot blasting machine: During use, the wear of the directional sleeve increases the diffusion angle of the shot, leading to accelerated wear of the shot blasting machine and other protective plates in the cleaning room. Therefore, when the wear of the directional sleeve exceeds 10 millimeters, a new directional sleeve should be replaced (with an angle of 45 ° between the opening direction and the horizontal square line).

　　Regularly remove the dust in the dust collection box below the dust collector to prevent blockage of the exhaust pipe and affect the dust removal effect;

　　Regularly clean the bottom of the cleaning room and the debris under the sieve in the separator funnel;

　　12. Bullets around the equipment should be regularly cleaned to prevent slipping and injuring people;

　　13. Regularly check and clean the tracks and elevator belts in the cleaning room for any deviation to avoid damaging the belts;
