    Description :

Shot blasting rust removal machine is mainly a method that uses the high-speed operation of mechanical equipment to throw steel balls of a certain particle size out by the centrifugal force of the throwing head. The thrown steel balls collide violently with the components to achieve the goal of removing rust on the surface of steel. It uses two types of steel balls: cast steel balls (also commonly known as national standard steel balls) and steel wire cutting balls. Cast steel balls are particles formed by spraying and rapidly cooling molten iron, with a very round surface and a relatively complete range of models from 0.1-3.0mm, which can basically meet the different needs of various industries. Steel wire cutting balls are made by cutting the steel wire of waste steel wire ropes into small sections. Their surface has sharp corners and is rougher. They are not recommended for workpieces with high surface requirements.

Sandblasting rust removal machine is a rust removal method that uses high-pressure air to bring out casting steel sand (crushed from national standard steel shot) and spray it onto the surface of components. There are two methods of operation: manual rust removal and automated mechanical rust removal. This method is suitable for some large, complex, or difficult to move workpieces, such as sandblasting of ship hulls.

The above shot blasting and sandblasting rust removal methods require an environmental humidity of less than 85%. The national standard GB8923-88 "Surface Preparation Grades and Rust Removal Grades of Steel before Coating" divides rust removal grades into three types: spray or projectile rust removal, manual and power rust removal, and flame rust removal. Spray or projectile rust removal, represented by the letter "Sa". Divided into four levels:

Sa1 mild spray or projectile rust removal. There is no visible grease or dirt on the surface of the steel, and there are no loosely attached oxide scales, rust, paint coatings, or other attachments.

Sa2 thoroughly sprays or ejects rust removal. The surface of the steel should be free of visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust, and other attachments, and the residue should be firmly attached. The surface of the steel is uniformly arranged with shot blasted dents, and the anti slip coefficient reaches 0.35-0.45.

Sa2.5 thoroughly sprays or ejects rust removal. The surface of the steel should be free of visible attachments such as grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust, and paint coatings, and any residual traces should only be slight color spots in the form of dots or stripes. The surface of the steel is uniformly arranged with shot blasted dents, and the anti slip coefficient reaches 0.45-0.5.

Sa3 is a spray or projectile rust removal method that makes steel appear clean on the surface. The surface of steel should be free of visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust, paint and other attachments, and the surface should display a uniform metallic luster.
