    Description :

The drainage system should be installed at the drainage port of the compensator or as close as possible to the fixed bracket. If the drainage system is installed on a pipeline, a water collection tank should be installed on the pipeline first, and then led out with a metal hose. Two branch pipes are listed in the drainage operation well, one for starting drainage and the other for continuous drainage. Upstream drainage type insulated drain joint, thermal static type drain valve with membrane box, corrugated pipe, bimetallic plate, etc. The steam trap plays a role in blocking steam and draining water in the steam heating system. Choosing a suitable steam trap can achieve the working efficiency of the steam heating equipment. To achieve the desired effect, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the working performance and highlights of various types of drain valves. External fixation requires the installation of reinforced concrete support piers, resulting in a large construction area, high investment, and long construction period. In addition, the support piers are a weak part of the pipeline, which creates a "thermal bridge" and is prone to water seepage. When the pipeline operates abnormally, this part is also prone to accidents. Firstly, for the "steel sleeve steel" insulation structure, due to the abnormal thermal stress on the outer steel pipe caused by temperature rise, the size of the reinforced concrete support pier is also very large, and this part is more prone to accidents. The use of internal fixation structure has significant advantages over the "steel sleeve steel" insulation structure.

The working temperature of the hydrophobic joint is determined based on the steam used by the steam equipment, and should not be lower than the temperature of the steam used. There are two installation methods for steam traps: horizontal and vertical, which are determined by the connection position between the pipeline and the steam trap. The connection methods of the steam trap include threads, flanges, welding, clamps, etc., which must be determined according to the working pressure, working temperature, and corresponding connection requirements of the steam using equipment. 3. Based on the small drainage volume, select and determine the performance parameters of the steam trap. In addition to matching the pressure, temperature, and other parameters of the steam trap with the equipment conditions used, the discharge capacity of the steam trap under various pressure differentials is an important factor in selecting the steam trap. If the drainage capacity of the selected and installed steam trap is too small to remove the condensed water that has reached the trap, it will obstruct the backflow of condensed water and ultimately cause blockage, significantly reducing the heating efficiency of the equipment. On the contrary, using a steam trap with too much displacement will lead to premature wear and loss of the valve closure components.
