They are also suitable for anti-corrosion of various steel structures, docks, ships, water gates, gas storage tanks, refinery and chemical plant equipment, as well as concrete pipes, sewage tanks, rooftop floors, sanitary rooms, basements, and other concrete structures to prevent leakage. Three layer polyethylene (E) steel pipes for corrosion prevention and two-layer polyethylene (2PE) steel pipes for corrosion prevention in oil and gas. Attention should be paid to the grinding of the pipe end weld seam: there should be a 10-20mm flat section of the weld seam with the same height as the pipe body from the beginning of the weld seam grinding to the chamfer, to ensure the quality of kneading and bonding at the pipe end chamfer. The residual height after welding seam grinding should be as level as possible with the pipe body, without significant residual height, to prevent the powder from being polished off together when grinding the chamfer of the weld layer.
