      The laying method of steel sleeve steel steam insulation pipeline series products:

      This product is mainly divided into two types: underground laying and above ground laying. Underground laying is further divided into trench laying and direct burial laying. Trench laying refers to laying insulation pipes in underground pipe trenches; Direct burial laying refers to burying insulation pipes directly into the soil (direct burial laying methods are divided into compensated direct burial laying methods and uncompensated direct burial laying methods); Ground laying refers to the installation of insulation pipes on independent or truss style supports on the ground, also known as overhead laying.

      There are various structural forms of steel sleeve steam insulation pipes, but their root causes and mechanisms are mainly divided into two types: internal sliding type and external sliding type:

      1、 Internal sliding type: The insulation structure consists of a working steel pipe, a working pipe anti-corrosion layer, an aluminum silicate drag reduction layer, a microporous calcium silicate inorganic insulation layer, a stainless steel fastening steel strip, a high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant aluminum foil reflective layer, a hard polyurethane organic insulation layer, an outer steel pipe, and an outer anti-corrosion layer. The internal sliding steel sleeve steam insulation pipeline originally came from hot water prefabricated insulation pipes. In order to improve the temperature resistance of the insulation pipeline, a layer of high temperature resistant inorganic insulation material is generally wrapped around the working steel pipe. The outer wall temperature of the inorganic insulation layer is controlled within the applicable temperature range of polyurethane, and polyurethane foam is made on the outside, and an outer sleeve is wrapped for sealing and waterproofing.

      Structural characteristics of internal sliding steel sleeve steam insulation pipeline:

      1. Working steel pipe: Ensure the normal flow of the conveying medium.

      2. Anti corrosion coating for working pipes: to prevent the working steel pipes from being corroded by corrosive substances and extend their service life.

      3. Drag reduction layer: Ensure the free movement of the working steel pipe during thermal expansion and contraction.

      4. Inorganic hard insulation layer: resistant to high temperature, ensure the interface temperature between organic insulation layer and polyurethane foam, and prevent carbonization.

      5. Reflective layer: ensure that the organic foam material will not enter the inorganic hard high-temperature insulation layer; Reflect some heat from the high-temperature resistant insulation layer.

      6. Polyurethane foam layer: ensure the medium temperature, and ensure the surface of the outer steel pipe to maintain normal temperature.

      7. Coat steel pipe: protects the insulation layer from groundwater erosion, supports the working pipe and can withstand certain external loads, ensuring the normal operation of the working pipe.

      8. Coat steel pipe anti-corrosion layer: protects the coat steel pipe from corrosion by corrosive substances and extends the service life of the steel pipe.

      2、 External sliding type: The insulation structure consists of a working steel pipe, a working pipe anti-corrosion layer, a glass wool insulation layer, a high-temperature resistant aluminum foil reflective layer, a stainless steel fastening steel strip, a sliding guide bracket, an air insulation layer, an outer steel pipe, and an external anti-corrosion layer. The use of steel sleeve steel external sliding structure is more reliable in design theory than the internal sliding form, with simple force analysis, easy internal air layer setting, and better moisture removal performance. Abroad, external sliding structure is basically adopted, and now it has been gradually recognized by a large number of users for promotion and adoption in China. The design concept of the insulation structure of the steel sleeve steel direct buried steam insulation pipeline in the form of external sliding comes from the thermal pipe trench. The pipe trench is changed from the commonly used brick or concrete structure to a steel sleeve, and a sliding guide bracket is set inside the outer steel pipe to allow the working steel pipe and corresponding insulation material to slide with the outer steel sleeve, that is, the working steel pipe is in close contact with the insulation material. The working steel pipe is supported by the bracket inside the outer steel pipe, and the guide bracket rolls inside the outer steel pipe, forming the structure of a "steel pipe trench". This structural form mainly uses soft insulation materials as insulation layers, effectively solving the problem of increased friction caused by radial expansion. Due to the support ring inside, it will not cause eccentricity or crushing of the insulation materials. Our company's steel sleeve steel external sliding steel sleeve direct buried steam insulation pipeline strictly follows the standards of CJ/T200-2004 and CJJ104-2005 of the Ministry of Construction, and draws on similar foreign product design schemes in terms of structure.       Structural and performance characteristics of external sliding steel sleeve steam insulation pipeline:

      1. There is an air layer of about 20-25mm between the insulation layer of the work pipe and the outer steel pipe, which can not only provide a certain insulation effect, but also provide an extremely smooth moisture discharge channel for the steel sleeve steel buried steam insulation pipeline, so that the moisture discharge pipe can truly discharge moisture in a timely manner, and at the same time, it has the function of a signal pipe; If it is evacuated to a low vacuum, it can effectively insulate and reduce the corrosion of the inner wall of the outer steel pipe.

      2. The working steel pipe roller support is made of special low thermal conductivity material, with a friction coefficient of about 0.1 with steel. The friction resistance of the steam pipeline is relatively small during operation.

      3. The fixed bracket, roller support, and connection of the working steel pipe are specially designed to effectively prevent the occurrence of thermal bridges between the inner and outer steel pipes.

      4. The elbows, tees, reducers, bellows compensators, valves, etc. of the working steel pipe are all arranged inside the steel casing, and the entire working pipeline operates in a fully sealed environment, ensuring safety and reliability.

      5. The drainage of the buried pipeline adopts a fully sealed structure, and the drainage pipe is connected to the low point of the working steel pipe or the position required by the design, without the need for a separate inspection well.

      6. By adopting an internal fixed form, the external fixed concrete support pier can be completely eliminated, saving costs and shortening the construction period.

      7. Vacuum technology can be used to basically prevent electrochemical corrosion of the inner wall of the outer steel pipe caused by water vapor, while further improving the insulation performance of the pipeline.

      8. The outer wall of the jacket steel pipe adopts excellent anti-corrosion technology to prevent corrosion by corrosive liquids, gases or solids, and the operating life can be up to 50 years. The insulation structure of steel sleeve steel composite insulation pipe can be divided into two categories according to different sliding modes:

      1. Internal sliding type: The insulation structure consists of a working steel pipe, aluminum silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, insulation layer, stainless steel fastening steel strip, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and external anti-corrosion layer.
