The preventive method is to install a safety valve, accumulator, and slowly open and close the valve. Install a drain valve at the low point of the high point exhaust valve. Some pressure transmitters are protected by dampers and baffles. The damper is made of copper with a 4mm outer wire and a T-shaped thin tube structure inside, which can prevent the medium from directly impacting the diaphragm. The baffle is placed at the front end of the core before assembly, and a perforated metal plate is also used to prevent the medium from directly impacting the diaphragm. The application of dampers in the hydraulic machinery industry involves a wide range of pressure transmitters, which are commonly used for pressure control. But hydraulic machinery is very prone to pressure shock during operation, and the shock pressure can far exceed the conventional pressure, causing damage to the pressure transmitter. In this case, some pressure transmitters may have internal threads and dampers added to the pressure holes to effectively alleviate the impact. The pressure of hydraulic machinery is generally above 10MPa, and transmitters above 10MPa should be equipped with dampers as standard. If the pressure impact is severe, a baffle can be added to alleviate the impact.
