For example, in the centralized heating industry where polyurethane insulated steel pipes are widely used, centralized heating has a history of more than 100 years. It has the advantages of saving energy, reducing urban pollution, and improving the environment. In the current situation of energy shortage and increasingly severe pollution, the superiority of centralized heating is becoming more and more apparent. But in centralized heating, the construction of the heating network is a large-scale project, generally accounting for more than 40% of the centralized heating * *. Due to the slow construction speed, the heat source often cannot bring sufficient heat load in a timely manner after completion, and cannot achieve the expected engineering benefits. Due to the shortage of energy, energy conservation and emission reduction are increasingly valued in the construction of the national economy for pipeline fixed pipe supports. Therefore, China's centralized heating industry has entered a period of rapid development in both heating scale and technology. In the northwest and north China regions, many civil buildings and industrial enterprises have set up centralized heating systems, and many towns and villages have also achieved centralized heating, resulting in a rapid expansion of the centralized heating area. After nearly sixty years of development, production practice, and multiple collaborations with research institutions, we have developed a traditional insulation material formula based on a variety of silicate mixtures as the basic skeleton raw materials, supplemented with auxiliary materials, and processed through multiple processes such as strict proportioning, static pressure molding, drying, and testing. The formed insulation material has the characteristics of high hardness, good strength, and low thermal conductivity. 3. Relative sliding part: For sliding pipe supports, the friction coefficient between the base and the pipe support is also an important performance indicator that affects the parameters of the pipe support. Using SUS304 mirror panel in contact with modified polytetrafluoroethylene plate; The high-density polytetrafluoroethylene plate and carbon steel foundation are processed into one through sintering technology, ensuring that the bonding force between the surfaces of the two materials reaches the expected value. Experimental results have shown that the transverse shear stress on the joint surface is greater than that of polytetrafluoroethylene, which improves the working strength of the joint under high thrust conditions.
