    Description :

The insulation pipe bracket for steam pipelines is an important component in buried steam pipelines, and its performance directly affects the quality and service life of buried steam pipelines. The application types of insulation rings in directly buried steam pipelines are mainly divided into: semi-circular rings used for sliding supports and gasket types used for fixing steel ring plates in supports. The installation of insulation rings in the two parts above the buried steam pipeline is to avoid the formation of a hot channel between the working steel pipe and the outer steel pipe through sliding brackets and steel ring plates, which can cause the temperature of the outer steel pipe to be too high, resulting in excessive expansion of the outer steel pipe and shortening the service life of the anti-corrosion layer of the outer steel pipe. The insulation ring mainly plays a role in insulation and support in directly buried steam pipelines. The semi-circular insulation ring is placed between the working steel pipe and the sliding bracket to provide insulation. The semi-circular insulation ring should have sufficient compressive strength to withstand the total weight of the working steel pipe, insulation layer, and working medium without deformation, in order to ensure the normal operation of the working steel pipe. The insulation fixed pipe bracket plays a role in limiting the displacement of the working steel pipe during pipeline operation. The gasket type insulation ring should have higher compressive strength and be able to withstand the elastic reaction force generated by the thermal expansion and compression compensator of the working steel pipe, as well as the thrust generated by the internal pressure of the pipeline. The compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the insulation ring are two important parameters for technical requirements. Regardless of the position of the insulation ring in the buried steam pipeline, it needs to have a certain compressive strength. The thermal conductivity of the insulation ring directly affects the local insulation effect and the service life of the external anti-corrosion layer of the buried steam pipeline. In order to prevent water from entering the insulation layer and affecting the performance of the insulation ring, the insulation ring also needs to have a certain degree of waterproofing, or its strength and volume will not change significantly after absorbing water. And the chloride ion precipitation amount of the insulation ring in normal and absorbent states must meet relevant requirements to prevent corrosion of the pipeline by the insulation ring. Through theoretical calculations, a compressive strength of not less than 2MP is required for semi-circular insulation rings, and a compressive strength of not less than 5MP is required for gasket type insulation rings, with lower thermal conductivity being better. The medium temperature of directly buried steam pipelines can reach up to 350 ℃, so the long-term temperature resistance of the insulation ring must also be above 350 ℃.
