Product Introduction
The LD-5S laser dust analyzer is an online monitoring product for laser particulate matter that can effectively eliminate humidity interference. Portable, small in size and easy to carry, optional tripod for field measurement. Equipped with continuous automatic humidity correction function, it can effectively reduce humidity interference, achieve high precision, high sensitivity, wide range, and compatibility with TSP, PM10, PM5, PM2.5, PM1.0 particle cutters. The instrument is equipped with a Φ 40mm filter membrane sampling device, which can collect particulate matter samples while continuously monitoring, and has functions such as data processing, storage, timed sampling, and dust over limit alarm. This instrument is particularly suitable for continuous online monitoring of particulate matter 24/7, as well as serving as a replacement product for existing dust meters.
Measuring principle
By shining a laser beam onto a dusty airflow, the beam produces scattered light. The higher the dust concentration, the greater the intensity of the scattered light produced, thereby measuring the dust concentration. The light scattering method is used to determine the concentration of inhalable particulate matter in the air of public places, which has the advantages of speed, sensitivity, good stability, small size, light weight, no noise, easy operation, safety and reliability. On the one hand, this method has high sensitivity and requires less sample size, and can eliminate or simplify sample processing steps, thus greatly reducing sampling and analysis time; On the other hand, this method does not require sample storage, thus avoiding or reducing various possible error factors in the analysis method.
