      1、 Product Usage

      The air supply type long tube mask is a personal respiratory protective equipment that uses a fan to send clean air into the mask through a corrugated hose for the wearer to breathe. It is mainly applicable to departments such as fire protection special service, chemical industry, ship, petroleum, metallurgy, gas, petroleum storage, laboratory, water plant, oil and gas field, etc. It is used to prevent inhalation of harmful gas, steam, dust, smoke and fog in narrow or limited space environment with oxygen deficiency, low concentration of toxic and harmful gas. Wearing the long tube mask by the staff can effectively carry out emergency rescue, disaster relief, accident handling, and industrial operations. The air supply type long tube mask can only be used in atmospheric environments that are not immediately endangering human life and health (IDLH) or environments where the wearer can escape without wearing a respirator.

      2、 Working principle

      Connect the fan to a 220V AC power supply and start the blower. Air enters the mask through the inhalation port, passes through the dust filter, flow regulator, and corrugated hose for human respiration. There are exhalation valves and inhalation valves on the face mask. When inhaling, the exhalation valve closes and the inhalation valve opens. When exhaling, the inhalation valve closes and the exhalation valve opens. The gas exhaled by the human body is directly released into the atmosphere through the breathing valve on the face mask. The flow valve can be adjusted according to the breathing volume of the wearer during use.

      4、 Usage:

      Before use, check whether all components are intact and clean, whether the corrugated hose has cracks, bubbles, flattening, bending, air leakage, or whether the connection parts are firm and airtight.

      When using the product, the fan should be placed in an atmospheric environment that is free of toxic gases, clean, dry, and well ventilated. The corrugated hose should not be compressed, otherwise it will affect the gas transmission effect and increase the suction resistance.

      When using, start the fan first and then wear a face mask. When wearing a face mask, wear it from the chin upwards and adjust the headband appropriately. Tie the corrugated hose onto the belt and check if it moves freely.

      Take deep breaths and feel if your breathing is smooth.

      After inspection, it was found to be correct. Under the supervision of a designated person, the worker entered the work site. During the process of entering the work site, it is necessary to lay out the gas pipeline.

      If there is an abnormal increase in noise, screaming, vibration, or abnormal temperature rise during the operation of the fan, the wearer should be immediately notified to return and the power should be cut off for inspection.

      Before leaving the work site, do not turn off the power in advance. After work, return to the fresh air area, remove the hood, and then turn off the fan power.
