　　1 Overview

　　The ASCP200-1 electrical fire current limiting protector can effectively overcome the drawbacks of traditional circuit breakers, air switches, and monitoring equipment, such as high short-circuit current, long interruption time of short-circuit current, large arc sparks generated during short-circuit, and short service life. When a short-circuit fault occurs, it can quickly limit the short-circuit current at microsecond level to achieve arc extinguishing protection, thereby significantly reducing electrical fire accidents and ensuring the safety of personnel and property in the use site.

　　The ASCP200-1 electrical fire current limiting protector is a single-phase current limiting protector with a rated current of 63A. It can be widely used for line protection at the end of various electric fields such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, entertainment venues, temples, exhibitions, residences, warehouses, electric vehicle charging stations, and factories.

　　2 Functional Features

　　Short circuit protection function. The protector monitors the current of the power line in real time. When a short circuit fault occurs in the line, it can achieve fast current limiting protection within 150 microseconds and emit sound and light alarm signals.

　　■ Overload protection function. When the current of the protected circuit is overloaded and the overload duration exceeds the action time (3-60 seconds can be set), the protector starts the current limiting protection and emits an audible and visual alarm signal.

　　■ In table over temperature protection function. When the working temperature of the internal components of the protector is too high, the protector implements over temperature current limiting protection and emits an audible and visual alarm signal.

　　Overvoltage and undervoltage protection function. When the protector detects undervoltage or overvoltage of the line voltage, it emits an audible and visual alarm signal, and can pre-set whether to activate current limiting protection.

　　■ Temperature monitoring function for distribution cables. When the temperature of the monitored cable exceeds the alarm set value, the protector emits an audible and visual alarm signal, and can pre-set whether to activate current limiting protection.

　　■ Leakage current monitoring function. When the monitored circuit leakage exceeds the alarm set value, the protector emits an audible and visual alarm signal, and can pre-set whether to activate current limiting protection.

　　The protector has 1 RS485 interface and 1 2G wireless communication, which can send data to the background monitoring system for remote monitoring. The monitoring backend can be the Acrel-6000/B electrical fire monitoring host, the Acrel-6000 security cloud platform, or a third-party monitoring software or platform.
