FNJB is developed and optimized based on foreign clamp pump technology, with flow components made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, and other materials. The pump casing is a split type jacket, with a metal jacket on the outside and a detachable pump body on the inside. The overall pressure film inner liner is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, non cracking, and non aging. The impeller adopts a semi structure, with evenly distributed blades on the back blade plate, widened flow channels, and high medium passage rate. The sealing uses corrosion-resistant and particle resistant containerized double end face flushing water mechanical seals, which are suitable for high-temperature media and granular media, and can be configured with corresponding flushing schemes according to user needs.
