Description :
Guanyida 50W maintenance free explosion-proof lighting fixture is a high-intensity lighting device designed specifically for flammable and explosive hazardous environments. It mainly solves the pain points of frequent maintenance, poor heat dissipation, and rapid light decay of traditional explosion-proof lamps, and is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 places with Class II explosive gas mixtures such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and paint rooms. This explosion-proof lighting fixture ensures long-term stable operation under harsh working conditions through a special sealing structure and heat dissipation design, providing continuous and uniform lighting effects, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
This Guanyida explosion-proof lamp adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting shell, and the surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying, which has excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The light source usually uses high-efficiency LED chips, combined with a constant current driving power supply, with high power factor and no flicker. The protection level reaches IP66 or above, with excellent dustproof and waterproof performance; Corrosion resistance level WF2, suitable for outdoor humid and corrosive environments. Implement national explosion-proof standards such as GB3836.1 and GB3836.2, and obtain explosion-proof certifications such as Ex d IIC T6 Gb to ensure that no electric sparks or high-temperature surfaces are generated under extreme temperatures and environmental pressures.
When selecting, it is necessary to choose the corresponding Guanyida explosion-proof lamps according to the hazardous area level (Zone 1 or Zone 2) and gas group (IIC or IIB) on site. 50W power is suitable for lighting channels, platforms, or small work areas at medium heights (4-6 meters). If higher illumination or larger coverage area is required, higher power models can be considered; If the environment only has dust and no gas, dust explosion-proof type can be selected. Pay attention to the difference between the explosion-proof type (Ex d) and the increased safety type (Ex e). This model is mostly a explosion-proof structure with higher safety, but its weight is relatively large. When installing, it is necessary to confirm the load-bearing capacity of the bracket.
When installing Guanyida explosion-proof lamps, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing joint of the inlet is tightened, the outer diameter of the cable matches the sealing ring, and prevent gas from seeping into the cavity along the cable gap. Although daily maintenance is called "maintenance free", it is still recommended to check the integrity of the shell and the cleanliness of transparent parts once a quarter to avoid dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation and light transmittance. If abnormal heating or flickering of the lighting fixtures is found, the power should be immediately cut off to check the driving power supply. When replacing or repairing the light source, it is strictly prohibited to open the cover with electricity. It must be done in a safe area and the protective cover must be reset and locked to maintain its explosion-proof performance.
