Description :
Porous copper plated adhesive nail (self-adhesive insulation nail/marine collision nail)
Function: Copper plated carbon steel, porous base, built-in adhesive, no welding or drilling, specially bonded glass wool/rock wool/insulation board, preferred for insulation of marine and industrial equipment. Q195 low carbon steel is selected, with overall copper plating (rust proof, salt spray resistant, good conductivity).
The base is square 50 * 50mm, with circular porous punching and exhaust anti bulging package, making the bonding more secure.
The nail rod has a diameter of 3mm and a length ranging from 30mm to 300mm, which can be customized. Paired with a self-locking cap, it locks more firmly and does not loosen.
Self drilling without welding, no drilling, direct bonding, saving labor.
Porous reinforcement: uniform stress, no warping or delamination.
