(1) Installation and preparation
- Environmental RequirementsPlace the equipment on a flat and well ventilated workshop floor, ensuring sufficient heat dissipation and maintenance space is reserved around the equipment; Connect to a stable 380V industrial power supply and ensure reliable grounding.
- pipeline connectionAccording to production requirements, connect 1-4 compatible rubber hoses and match them with 25 connected strip-shaped guns, zero drip spray guns, or high-temperature spray guns and other compatible accessories to ensure that the pipeline connection is sealed and leak free.
- Gas source preparationConnect a stable nitrogen/air source to ensure a stable pressure range of 45-80 bar, complete gas filtration in advance, and prevent impurities from entering the equipment.
(2) Startup and Debugging
