The KNF series anti crystallization, anti slip, corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump designed in accordance with international standards and based on our company's years of research and development experience. Apart from the mechanical seal, its structure is similar to the IHF series fluorine lined centrifugal pump, but its performance is better than that of the IHF pump.

Design features

The KNF series anti crystallization, idle and corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic pump has been deeply improved and optimized based on the 1HF series fluorine lined centrifugal pump. It inherits the advantages of IHF fluorine lined centrifugal pump, such as strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, anti-aging, and non-toxic decomposition, while solving a series of process problems such as crystallization, high temperature, and idle, greatly improving the service life and application range of the pump. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and the load-bearing part is made of metal material. The impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and pressed into shape. The shaft seal can be selected from external PTFE corrugated tube mechanical seal or containerized water-cooled mechanical seal, and various friction pair materials can meet the requirements of various working conditions.
