    Description :

The vertical waste paper baler is a specialized equipment designed to compress and pack loose materials such as waste cardboard boxes, plastic films, woven bags, etc. generated in recycling stations, supermarkets, factories, and other places. This device generates enormous pressure through a hydraulic system, compressing loose waste into tight block packages for easy transportation and storage, effectively reducing logistics costs and improving warehouse utilization. The vertical structure design occupies a small area, is easy to operate, and is suitable for the needs of small and medium-sized waste recycling and processing. It is an indispensable basic processing equipment in the renewable resources industry.

The vertical paper baler usually uses high-strength steel welded body to ensure that it does not deform or break under high-pressure working environment. The hydraulic system is equipped with high-quality oil pumps and solenoid valves, which operate stably and have low noise. The common range of main cylinder thrust is between 40 tons and 120 tons, depending on the model configuration. The size of the package can be customized according to user needs. The standard size is generally 800-1200mm in length, 600-1000mm in width, and adjustable in height. The electrical system adopts PLC control or button operation, with overload protection function, which complies with national safety production standards. Some high-end models are also equipped with automatic unpacking or flipping functions, further improving work efficiency.

When selecting a vertical paper baler, the appropriate tonnage should be determined based on the daily processing capacity and material type. For users who mainly deal with waste cardboard boxes, 60-80 tons of thrust can meet their daily needs; If it involves mixed packaging of plastic bottles or films, it is recommended to use models weighing over 80 tons to ensure the density of the packaging blocks. Compared with horizontal balers, vertical balers have lower investment costs and simpler installation, but their degree of automation is relatively low, making them suitable for manual feeding scenarios. If pursuing fully automatic continuous operation with a large processing capacity, a horizontal fully automatic strapping machine should be considered. In addition, attention should be paid to the matching of power supply voltage, usually 380V three-phase power, to ensure stable on-site power supply.

When installing a vertical waste paper baler, a flat and hard ground should be selected, and if necessary, a concrete foundation should be made to enhance stability. The focus of daily maintenance is on the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and oil level inspection. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil and clean the filter element every six months. Regularly check whether the oil pipe joint leaks oil, whether the chain or wire rope is worn, and the sensitivity of the limit switch. Common faults such as insufficient pressure are often caused by hydraulic oil contamination or oil pump wear, and need to be promptly investigated. Operators should undergo basic training and are strictly prohibited from reaching into the compression chamber during equipment operation to ensure safe production. Proper use and maintenance can significantly extend the service life of a vertical baler.
