      The explosion-proof control box is usually formed by aluminum alloy die-casting or steel plate welding, and the surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying, which has good anti-corrosion and anti rust properties. The box structure is compact, and the sealing level usually reaches IP65 or above, effectively preventing dust and water from entering. The execution standard complies with the GB3836 series national standards, and some products can pass explosion-proof certifications such as Ex d IIB T4 or Ex e IIC T6. The internal component layout is reasonable, with sufficient wiring space reserved to facilitate the installation of control components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, indicator lights, and buttons, ensuring stable and reliable electrical connections.
