Description :

DSM Dingxiu Tu-01 water-based anti-corrosive primer is a one component water-based coating composed of imported high corrosion resistant acrylate lotion, modified silicone resin, antirust pigment and various additives. Dry block, easy construction, anti flash rust, good adhesion to pre treated metal surfaces, and good rust prevention performance. It is a universal anti rust primer that can also be used for smooth surface anti rust and intermediate coating of color steel and metal plates.

Main performance:

1. Present in gray or red;

2. Water based two-component epoxy primer, active non-toxic anti rust pigments and anti rust additives containing zinc phosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, etc; 3. Can form a tough anti rust paint film;

Scope of application:

This product is widely used for the base treatment of smooth surface environments in underground pipelines, engineering machinery, power equipment, chemical equipment, bridge guardrails, building steel, chemical, color steel, and metal plates;

Construction method:

1. The construction can be carried out using brushing, high-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, and rolling coating methods.

2. Before painting, the paint should be stirred evenly. If the viscosity is too high, an appropriate amount of water can be added. The amount of water added should not exceed 10%. The paint should be stirred while adding water until it is evenly mixed

3. When applying the second coat, the first coat should be completely dry and there should be at least a 4-hour interval between the two coats of paint;
