Therefore, the film layer is firm, dense, and has strong adhesion, separating the steel substrate from the medium and preventing corrosion. Dinggu coating water-based rust conversion coating has good compatibility with various anti-corrosion coatings and decorative coatings. If fully dried, it can also be used as an interface treatment agent for epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint.

Construction method:

1. Apply this product to the surface of rusted steel workpieces using tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

2. The subsequent painting process can be carried out in 5 hours.

3. For anti-corrosion renovation projects with high requirements, 1-2 coats can be applied on the base layer after one coat, with an interval of 2 hours, to make the film layer uniform, dense, bright, and have stronger anti-corrosion performance.
