DSM Dingfu Tu-01 acrylic polyurethane topcoat is a two-component coating made mainly of weather resistant hydroxy acrylic resin as the film-forming substance, with the addition of high-quality weather resistant pigments and fillers, special additives, graphene materials, solvents, etc., which are finely ground and filtered through a special process. This product has strong weather resistance, UV resistance, chemical resistance, good alkali resistance, better resistance to heat and alkali media, excellent water resistance, and is an outstanding high-quality protective coating.
Main performance:
Due to the nanoscale graphene material, this product has a "small size effect" and can fully fill the pores of polymer coatings, effectively blocking the passage of atoms such as water and oxygen, achieving a "shielding and maze effect", thereby slowing down the corrosion rate of metal substrates. Its coating is full and bright, highly decorative, with bright colors, excellent weather resistance and color retention, and good acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and salt resistance.
Scope of application:
This product is suitable for decorative and protective coating of building environments such as steel structure facilities, bridges, docks, hydraulic valves and components, urban guardrails, highway facilities, oil tanks and storage tanks, urban light rail, municipal facilities, fitness and amusement facilities, color steel and metal plate surfaces.
Construction method:
1. After opening the bucket, thoroughly stir the paint until there is no sediment at the bottom of the bucket, and mix it evenly according to the ratio of paint: curing agent=4:1. After curing for 5-15 minutes, it can be used. The diluent needs to be matched with a special diluent, and the amount depends on the construction method. Generally, brushing 5-15% is enough, and spraying about 10-25%. The diluent should not contain water, alcohol solvents, etc. The curing agent should be immediately covered with a lid after use to prevent clumping and solidification.
