Combined with multiple layers of anti-corrosion protection, it is resistant to soil corrosion, groundwater erosion, and has a long service life. It is the main pipe material for long-distance transportation networks.

1.  Strong pressure bearing capacity and large caliber

The spiral steel pipe itself has a uniform wall thickness, and the weld seam is formed in a spiral shape. It has a stable structure, strong pressure resistance, and can produce large-diameter pipelines, suitable for long-distance and high flow medium transportation.

2.  Multi layer anti-corrosion, long service life

The outer wall adopts 3PE reinforced anti-corrosion and epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion, with strong adhesion, waterproof and moisture-proof, acid and alkali resistant, soil corrosion resistant, and microbial erosion resistant. The buried service life can reach more than 50 years.

The inner wall can be treated with epoxy anti-corrosion and cement mortar lining, with a smooth and non scaling inner wall, low conveying resistance, and no rust.

Common anti-corrosion types

1.  3PE anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe (reinforced grade): The outer wall is coated with three layers of polyethylene for anti-corrosion, which has the best anti-corrosion effect and is commonly used for long-distance transportation of oil and natural gas.

2.  Epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion steel pipe: Moderate cost, moisture and salt alkali resistance, commonly used in municipal water supply and drainage and sewage pipe networks.

3.  Inner wall epoxy powder anti-corrosion: The inner wall is smooth and clean, hygienic and environmentally friendly, suitable for tap water and drinking water projects.
