IPN8710 anti-corrosion steel pipe, as the name suggests, refers to the use of two anti-corrosion methods for steel pipes. 3PE anti-corrosion is used for the outside, and IPN8710 anti-corrosion is used for the inside, with a combination of the inside and outside. The 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe coating, also known as the three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating, is a new type of anti-corrosion steel pipe coating that cleverly combines the European 2PE anti-corrosion coating with the widely used epoxy powder anti-corrosion steel pipe coating (FBE) in North America. It has been recognized and used worldwide for over ten years. The coating for 3PE anti-corrosion is an epoxy powder anti-corrosion coating in contact with the steel pipe surface at the bottom layer, and a copolymer adhesive with branched functional groups in the middle layer. The surface layer is a high-density polyethylene anti-corrosion coating.
IPN8710-1: Composed of polyurethane polyethylene, modified epoxy resin, anti rust pigments and fillers, additives, etc., it solidifies at room temperature to form an interpenetrating network. The coating structure is dense, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and has excellent anti rust performance and strong adhesion. There are many types of corrosive media in the water supply pipeline, including acids, alkalis, salts, oxidants, and water vapor. Coatings have chemical inertness and are resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion. The coating should have a dense structure, good waterproof permeability, strong adhesion, and toughness.




IPN8710 drinking water specific coating has strong adhesion, high strength, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and excellent weather resistance. It is a new type of anti-corrosion coating with high solids and low viscosity. Suitable for long-term anti-corrosion coatings on the inner walls, steel structures, and concrete surfaces of various equipment and facilities such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, transportation, food, gas cabinets, pipelines, storage tanks, etc. It can also be used as anti-corrosion coatings for the inner and outer walls of buried pipelines and cooling tower inner walls. Structural characteristics of using external 3PE and internal IPN8710 anti-corrosion steel pipe:

The main function of polyethylene surface layer is to provide mechanical protection and anti-corrosion, which is the same as the traditional two-layer structure polyethylene anti-corrosion layer.
