      (1) The upper and lower limits of the adhesive layer thickness. According to Table 2.0.2 of the standard, the thickness is 170-250 μ m. For the circular mold wrapping operation line, this thickness value is not a problem; For the winding operation line, this thickness range cannot be guaranteed. The material extruded from the winding operation line is aunt sheet, and if its thickness is greater than 170 μ m, the edge overlap must exceed 250 μ m. If it is required to meet the current industry standard requirements, the thickness of the sheet material should not exceed 60 μ m when extruding the adhesive layer, and multi-layer overlap should be used to meet the industry standard requirements.       (3) Polyethylene thermal aging performance indicators. The heat aging resistance of medium polyethylene needs to be tested for 100 or 200 days. When it is necessary to sample and inspect the performance of polyethylene during the production process, the experimental period is too long and there is no operability to speak of. It is worth studying whether the thermal oxidation induction period value can be used instead. If the oxidation induction period can be used instead of traditional thermal aging performance testing, it will greatly shorten the sampling time. Whether changing F50 to F0, which is also resistant to environmental stress cracking, can shorten the inspection cycle should also be explored

      Note: White rust (zinc salts) may form on the surface of zinc rich paint film after prolonged recoating, interval time, or in industrial atmosphere or marine climate environments. If this occurs, the coating should be treated with cleaning grade sandblasting or power tools, sandpaper, etc. before applying paint to remove all zinc salts and dirt.
