      Large caliber cement mortar anti-corrosion steel pipes are manufactured with cement mortar lining. Ordinary cement is mixed with a certain thickness of yellow sand and additives according to the designed mix ratio to make mortar. Through specialized construction machinery and equipment, it is applied to the inner wall of the pipeline to form a certain thickness of mortar coating. After solidification, it becomes the lining. The mortar layer is combined with the pipeline to form a passive area with a pH value of up to 12 on the pipe wall surface. After water is supplied, the water seeps into the cement mortar, which is rich in alkaline components, making the water no longer corrosive when it reaches the pipe wall. The local occurrence of large-area hollowing in cement mortar lining can be summarized into three main reasons: firstly, the local occurrence of sanding on the pipe wall due to rust removal affects the bonding force between the mortar base and the pipe wall. This can be avoided by strengthening supervision during rust removal; *We need to strengthen the wet curing strength of the mortar lining layer.
