From this, it can be concluded that thorough surface treatment is a useful method for preventing stress cracking. The Shaanxi Beijing pipeline excavated a 763m long section in 2003, and there were four damaged points on the 3PE anti-corrosion layer. The defect method of oil damage points shows that the damage to the anti-corrosion layer is caused by scratches from hard objects. Three test pits were inspected for 3PE straight pipes and cold-formed pipes, and a total of 17 peel strength tests were conducted. Among them, 5 peel strength values were below 70N/cm, * small peel strength N/cm, * peel strength 200N/cm. The reason for the occurrence is that the Shaanxi Beijing pipeline is the first domestically selected 3PE coating technology, and the coating level of the coating company is limited, resulting in relatively poor control over the process engineering. This may have led to improper coating process settings for individual pipelines, resulting in poor adhesion of the anti-corrosion layer. The low peeling strength of the anti-corrosion layer is only a single part, and as long as the anti-corrosion layer is not damaged, it will not cause pipeline corrosion.
