Cement mortar lining anti-corrosion steel pipe is made by mixing ordinary cement with a certain thickness of yellow sand and additives, according to the research and invention of the mixing ratio, to make mortar, and applying it to the pipeline through construction machinery and equipment to form a certain thickness of mortar coating. After solidification, it becomes the lining. The anti-corrosion steel pipe with cement mortar lining relies on its own bonding force and the support of the pipeline wall, and its structure is uniform, dense, and firm. Steel reinforced concrete, as an emerging composite structure, is mainly composed of obstructed components with small axial obstruction and eccentricity of work capacity, and is widely used in frame structures. The anti-corrosion components of cement mortar lined anti-corrosion steel pipes are anti-corrosion primer and topcoat. With the continuous development of municipal construction, higher and higher requirements have been put forward for the construction technology and quality of pipelines. For the external anti-corrosion of buried steel pipes, we have eliminated petroleum asphalt external anti-corrosion and uniformly adopted epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion steel pipes. The advantages of using epoxy coal tar pitch anti-corrosion steel pipes are: firstly, it has the advantages of good water resistance, excellent rust prevention performance, and bacterial resistance of coal tar pitch, as well as the characteristics of tough epoxy resin coating, good adhesion, and high mechanical strength. 2、 The chemical resistance, electrical insulation performance, microbial erosion resistance, and seawater resistance of its film-forming coating are relatively stable, especially its water absorption rate is very low and it is far more resistant to microbial erosion than petroleum asphalt. 3、 It has a longer service life. Construction requirements for epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion steel pipes: 1. Surface treatment of steel pipes. Generally, the surface of steel pipes has oxide scale, rust, oil stains, dust, etc. If not treated, it will directly affect the adhesion of the coating. In order to ensure the service life of the anti-corrosion layer, sandblasting is required for steel surface treatment (with obvious roughness visible to the naked eye). After rust removal, primer should be applied within 6 hours. 2. Apply primer. Primer can be applied using a roller brush or a paintbrush, and the primer should be applied as thinly as possible, generally between 30 microns and 50 microns. Attention should be paid to ensuring that the paint film is uniform and not missed. The components of epoxy coal tar are epoxy coal tar primer and topcoat, both of which are mainly composed of epoxy resin and coal tar as film-forming materials, and are made by adding various anti rust pigments, insulating fillers, toughening agents, anti settling agents, etc. 3. Appearance: Primer component A is iron red, component B is black, and the topcoat is black. It has excellent resistance to chemical media corrosion and good physical and mechanical properties, good adhesion, tough coating, as well as excellent electrical insulation, anti permeability, anti stray current and anti microbial erosion. After film formation, it can reduce the number of construction passes. The main implementation standards are the "Technical Standard for Epoxy Coal Tar Anti corrosion Coating of Buried Steel Pipeline" and the "Technical Standard for Liquid Epoxy Coating Internal Anti corrosion Coating of Steel Pipeline".
Epoxy coal tar coating has the following characteristics: 1. Interpenetrating mesh anti-corrosion layer. By modifying traditional epoxy coal tar pitch with chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber with excellent anti-corrosion performance, it forms an interpenetrating network anti-corrosion coating between the epoxy resin chain and the rubber chain after curing, which has the advantages of low water absorption, good water resistance, strong resistance to microbial erosion, and high permeability. 2. Superior comprehensive anti-corrosion performance. Low solvent content, thick film formation at once, fewer construction passes, and the construction method is the same as traditional epoxy coal tar coatings.
