    Description :

      The magnetic float level gauge adopts the principle of a connector, which allows the liquid in the container to be introduced into the main body of the level gauge at the same height. Floating ball components within the main body, based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. Display the position of the flipping column liquid surface attached to the main body, which can reflect magnetic phenomena. As the liquid level inside the main body changes, the height of the floating ball component also changes accordingly. Thus, the flipping column outside the main body can be flipped 180 degrees. When the liquid level rises, the flipping column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flipping column changes from red to white. The red and white boundaries on the monitor represent the actual height of the liquid level of the medium inside the container.

      The magnetic float level gauge uses a float component as the measuring element, and through the buoyancy effect of the liquid, the float moves up and down, driving the magnetic steel at the upper end of the top rod to change up and down. Through magnetic coupling, the magnetic flip column of the display component flips to track the changes in liquid level. Therefore, the display is eye-catching and the reading is intuitive. Because the display component is completely isolated from the measured medium, it is safe and reliable to use. This level gauge is suitable for displaying the liquid level of various underground tanks and containers, as well as containers that are not suitable for side openings. If equipped with matching instruments, it can be used for remote detection to achieve automatic control function.

      How to install a magnetic float level gauge to achieve good measurement results? What selection techniques should we consider

      Correct usage method of magnetic float level gauge:

      1. Before use, first check whether the liquid level gauge is within the calibration cycle. Otherwise, it should be calibrated and replaced in a timely manner if it is not qualified.

      2. The sensor should be installed horizontally, and the insertion length should meet the technical requirements.

      3. The connection between the sensor and the explosion-proof junction box should be tight and tight, and no rainwater should leak in.

      4. Wiring should be done according to the user manual and cannot be short circuited or connected incorrectly.

      5. The float level gauge should operate within the set observation range and should not exceed the range.

      Correct maintenance method for magnetic float level gauge:

      1. Sensors should undergo visual inspection and routine calibration after 6 months to 1 year of operation.
