Description :
The content of magnetic level gauge includes: weld seam detection, pressure strength test, PTFE lining full anti-corrosion test, liquid level change speed influence test, anti transportation environmental performance test, appearance inspection, inspection rules, factory inspection, type inspection, sampling method, judgment, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc.
The liquid level gauge works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving liquid level indication. Install limit switches to achieve liquid level alarm and control. Install a liquid level transmitter to achieve standard signal output for display and control.
