Structure principle of magnetic float level gauge:
The liquid level gauge works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level Scope of application of magnetic float level gauge:
UZ is the most commonly used side mounted magnetic flip column level gauge, suitable for measuring the liquid level of liquid media with working pressure below 2.5MPa and working temperature below 200 ℃.
Suitable for measuring the liquid level and boundary position of liquid media in containers. In addition to on-site instructions, remote transmitters and alarm (control) switches can also be equipped with complete detection functions. The indication is novel, the reading is intuitive and eye-catching, and the direction of the observation indicator can be changed according to the user's needs. The measurement range is large and not limited by the height of the storage tank.
